Meeting on May 20th to discuss ground rules. Ground rules is the first step in contract negotiations. Ground rules are needed so both parties know when negotiations will take place and for how long. (Ex. Every Wednesday from 0800-1500).
5/21/21 Meeting went well. Both sides will send emails for counter proposals to each party. Then will schedule a face to face. 7/2 Union requested a face to face.
