Had a meeting on 5/10. Management said they will not place the Engine into service until the David Clarkes are installed. There has been a purchase request submitted and it is awaiting approval by Mr. Tindoll.
If money comes available they may look into changing front bumper. For now drivers will use side intake to hook up to hydrant.
Union is done with negotiations.
